Nothing has been better than push ups for my bodybuilding workouts and push ups alone got me ripped up fast, so naturally I have a love for them! I’ve tired pull ups and dips in the past and loved them but my diet and form were off. I feel there could be plenty of gains…

Dips

I’m currently doing Diamond Push Ups and regular, wider ‘classic’ push ups – they’re incredible at adding size and strength. I do them daily, they’re the foundation of an athletic lean muscular physique. For fun – I’m thinking of trying a daily dip program. What’s your thoughts? Nothing has been better than Diamond Push Ups…
