I’m currently doing Diamond Push Ups and regular, wider ‘classic’ push ups – they’re incredible at adding size and strength. I do them daily, they’re the foundation of an athletic lean muscular physique. For fun – I’m thinking of trying a daily dip program. What’s your thoughts?
