Michael B. Jordan Workout Plan – Heavy Weights
First, to bulk up and add mass this Michael B. Jordan Workout will focus on heavy weight, low rep sets. Three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) you’ll do a full body workout with just three heavy moves.
