  • Incline Push Ups (feet elevated) (10 x 10)
  • Light Dumbbell Shoulder Press (4 x 25)

On Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays enjoy active rest and recovery, aim for 5,000 – 10,000 daily steps.
