Chris Evans has stated in order to get in shape for his roles such as playing ‘Captain America’ in the marvel movies he simply focuses on workout out hard, ‘lifting weights’ and locking in his nutrition which involves two key bodybuilding classic foods, ‘you have to eat these just bland naked pieces of chicken and rice’.

I’d recommend the following workout to bulk up like Chris Evans in Captain America:

Workout A (Pull)

  • Pull Ups (5 x 10 reps)
  • Chin Ups (10 x 10 reps)
  • Incline Dumbell Curls (5 x 6-12 reps)
  • Standing Hammer Curls (5 x 6-12 reps)

Workout B (Push)

  • Wide Push Ups (5 x 20 reps)
  • Atlas Push Ups (10 x 10 reps)
  • Diamond Push Ups (8 x 25 reps)
  • Dips (10 x 20 reps)

Throw in some bodyweight squats/sprints and you’re good to go.
