This Chocolate Smoothie will help you build muscle as it’s packed full of protein, give you great energy to fuel your workout and help with recovery from it’s clean burning carbs and help keep a healthy hormonal profile.
Chocolate Smoothie Ingredients
- 1 x Banana
- 2 scoops Protein Powder
- 50 grams Spinach
- 20 grams Chia Seeds
- 20 grams Flaxseed
- 10 grams Cinnamon
- 1 tbs Honey
- 5 grams Creatine
