Let’s take a look at the Ben Affleck Batman Workout and Ben Affleck Batman Diet that got him ready for his epic portrayal! The Ben Affleck Transformation is one of the best actor transformations we’ve seen!

Ben Affleck prepped for his superhero role with significant physical training to portray ‘Batman‘ in the DC Extended Universe films such “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” and “Justice League.”

Ben Affleck Workout (A) (Pull)

  • Dumbbell Rows (5 x 8-10)
  • Dumbbell / Barbell Deadlifts (5 x 10)
  • Lat Pull Down (5 x 10-15)
  • Bicep Curls (4 x 25)

Ben Affleck Workout (B) (Push)

  • Dumbbell Chest Press (5 x 10)
  • Dumbbell Shoulder Press (5 x 10-15)
  • Chest Flys (4 x 25)
  • Tricep Extensions (4 x 25)

Alternate Workout A and Workout B and add in a exercises for legs such as Squats (5 x 10-20).

Ben Affleck Bodyweight Workout

For a Ben Affleck bodyweight workout routine, do the following every other day or alternate with for for the legs and sprints.

    • Cone drills
    • Ladder drills
    • Shuttle runs
  • Mobility Work:

5. Core Work:

  • Core Exercises:
    • Plank variations: 3 sets x 1 minute
    • Russian Twists: 3 sets x 20 reps
    • Hanging Leg Raises: 3 sets x 15 reps

6. Recovery:

  • Foam Rolling and Stretching:
    • Spend time using a foam roller on various muscle groups as found in the Hollywood Movie Star Program!
    • Incorporate static stretching to improve flexibility and reduce muscle tightness.

7. Nutrition:

  • Consume a well-balanced diet with a focus on lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats.
  • Stay adequately hydrated, especially considering the demands of the workouts.

8. Consistency and Rest:

  • Stick to a consistent workout schedule in the build up to shooting his scenes as Batman.
  • Ensure sufficient rest days to allow for recovery and muscle growth.
